Torch-Down Roof

Torch-down or modified bitumen roofing involves using sheets of bitumen mixed with polymers that increase its elasticity. The greater elasticity of this product enhances its resilience to expanding and contracting as the temperature rises and falls throughout the day. Torch-down roofs can be installed quickly and like cold process roofs, they do not produce substantial odors during installation.
