Title 24 Reflective Cap Sheet

KD Roofing Solutions provides cap sheets that are compliant with Title 24 Building Energy Efficiency Standards.  Our cool roof cap sheets have substantially higher reflectance and emittance properties than traditional roofing materials. As a result, the roof stays up to 100° F cooler than a traditional bitumen roof would. This preserves the roof and keeps the building cool, saving you money on your air conditioning costs.

If the majority of your roof is in good condition, we can perform a roof restoration. We will install a cap sheet on top of your existing roof, so you can experience the benefits of a cool roof system without the cost of reroofing your entire building. As an added benefit, roof restoration is considered a maintenance item for tax purposes. Instead of having to depreciate a capital expenditure, which you would normally be required to do if you replaced the entire roof, you can expense the entire cost of your roof restoration at once.
